StaticSmart Static Dissipative and Conductive ESD Vinyl Tile
 StaticSmart Summit Series is available in Static Dissipative or Conductive and is an ideal solution for facilities managers looking for permanent static protection, durability, excellent value and performance.
StaticSmart Summit Series vinyl tile is carefully tested at multiple steps during the manufacturing process for electrical performance, size and color consistency as part of our ISO 9000 quality program. Unlike other ESD vinyl manufacturers, we do not rely on "precision milling" to size our tiles. All StaticSmart Summit Series ESD vinyl tiles are manufactured to specification and cut to exact size, no re-sizing or milling is required. Any tiles not meeting spec are automatically rejected.
During the manufacturing process, our tiles are also given a reverse beveled edge. This provides a stronger bond to the sub floor and cleaner installation of the tiles without adhesive seeping from the seams.
Tough and durable, with an attractive hard surface and anti fatigue backing, StaticSmart static dissipative and conductive vinyl tiles create an attractive uniform surface that completely eliminates the need for clumsy mats. StaticSmart esd vinyl tiles integrate well with our ESD carpet tile. StaticSmart vinyl tile can also be installed over access floors and easily perforated without cracking.
Permanent Static Protection
Like all StaticSmart floors, our resilient flooring meets all of the requirements of ANSI/ESD S.20.20, as well as meeting or exceeding all ESD control standards including ASTM R 150, ESD S 7.1, NFPA 99, AATCC 134-06, ESD STM 97.2 and UL 779. The static control properties of StaticSmart ESD Vinyl are permanent, independent of ambient humidity or temperature. Combined with StaticSmart conductive adhesive, Summit Series vinyl tile creates a pathway for damaging static charges to be safely channeled to a ground point, preventing costly damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Static decay is less than 0.01 second per Federal Test Method 101b Method 4046 at 20% relative humidity.

Installed with Adhere MC, our conductive releasable adhesive, StaticSmart ESD vinyl is easy to lay and can be placed directly over old tile or concrete. And because it does not require the use of wax or rejuvenators, it’s a snap to clean and maintain.

Our SDT vinyl tiles are simple to install and remove, so repairing a damaged section or tile is inexpensive and easy. StaticSmart vinyl, placed in areas exposed to chemical spills or acids or in areas where pallet jacks are in use, pairs well with our ESD carpet tiles to create a look that's both practical and dynamic.
